Revenue & Pricing Analyst at De Vere Venues Ltd - Staverton Park Staverton Park is a beautiful, modern venue at the very heart of middle England, near Northampton. We are looking for an enthusiastic Revenue & Pricing Analyst to join the Revenue Management team.Reporting to the Central Revenue and Distribution Manager, the role is responsible for system configuration, accurate rate loading and maintenance of the Venue's distribution strategy through all booking channels. The aim is to ultimately improve market share by providing competitor analysis to inform pricing and revenue management decisions and facilitate improvements to strategy.This is a critical role within the business as it impacts on how the Venue is displayed on our web site and other booking channels, in particular what rates and room types are being sold to particular customer segments on any particular day. This has a direct impact on profitability. Additional tasks will include helping to prepare key statistics for analysing business trends and identifying need periods.Clear, accuracy and consistency are essential attributes for the successful applicant.There is a need to work under pressure, and to tight / fixed deadlines. The job holder needs to have a structured approach and be responsible for their own time management.
