Restaurant Vere Venues Ltd - New Place New Place is a Grade I listed manor house, set between Portsmouth and Southampton. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor who will be assisting in the operation of an efficient team within budgetary controls, and working casual / flexible hours. Responsibilities of Restaurant Supervisor: - Provide excellent standard of hospitality -Setting and maintaining standards of performance across the F&B team to ensure a well-presented and professional service to all clients. - Efficiently communicate with chefs and other team members to ensure all service standards are constantly met and exceeded. - Enabling and co-ordinating team members tasks whislt on duty, leading by example to ensure that a consistent and high level of service is displayed at all times. - Assist with the motivation, training and development of all team members through daily and weekly communication and provide regular feedback to F&B Manager for job chats with all members of the team. . To effectively manage and control all stock and assets to minimise the risk of damage or loss, protecting assets and margins.
