We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Bars & Restaurant Manager who will be required to take full responsibility for the whole of the Bars & Restaurant operation. Responsibilities of Bars & Restaurant Manager: - Overseeing the day to day running of the Steam Bake & Grill Restaurant along with the venue Bar.- Strategic development of the food & beverage service within the outlets- Responsible to motivate and develop your team members- Ensuring wages and costs are in line with budget requirements.- Continually improving standards of service and operation across the business.
