The role of Head Chef includes, leading and developing the kitchen team, managing all aspects of Kitchen Management, responsible for stock ordering and able to create and plan menus. The ideal candidate will be a natural team leader, be passionate and ambitious of delivering high standards and must have previous experience in working in Hotels with high volume banqueting.
