LOCATION: Woodhall Spa JOB TITLE: Chef de Partie SALARY & BENEFITS: Ł16.000 HOURS: Full time 45 hours per week THE COMPANY: We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, 3 star hotel set in over 30 acres of picturesque, beautiful gardens in the heart of Lincolnshire in Woodhall Spa. The hotel offers over 50 bedrooms, an 80 seat restaurant, 5 function rooms and is a popular and busy venue for conferences, banquets and weddings. The hotel is a well known name in the area and won an award for Lincolnshire's Hotel of the Year in the Food, Drink & Hospitality Awards 2014. THE ROLE: They are currently looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team within this privately owned hotel that is striving to win awards for quality. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for organising and controlling your section within the kitchen ensuring that you are organised and prepared for service and working with high quality, fresh produce. The hotel has a capacity for up to 350 guests with an 80 seat restaurant and a busy and popular function facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to gain more experienceand develop their skills, learning from a highly experienced training chef. THE CANDIDATE: We are looking for candidates with previous experience of working as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a 1 AA Rosette accredited kitchen. You will be highly organised with experience gained from similar hotel environments and keen to learn more and expand your skills.
