Operations Manager - Staverton Park A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Operations Manager to join us at Staverton Park, Daventry, Northamptonshire. If you are looking for the following elements in your next role, this could be it! ˇ Responsible for the day to day operation of a large venue; 247 bedrooms, 63 meeting rooms (including one of the biggest event spaces in the area accommodating 350 people), 18 hole championship golf course and leisure club ˇ A sizeable venue boasting Ł9M turnover ˇ Providing leadership to a team of over 170 employees including direct management of 5 HOD's ˇ A strong B2B operation with key contracted clients in addition to group, leisure and wedding business ˇ A role that would provide you with the opportunity to gain the experience to become a General Manager This role requires planning, leadership and financial acumen in addition to being a very hands-on operational position in a 7 - day business.
