As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of running one of our popular chalet hotels. This includes managing a team of 20 to 40 staff to effectively operate the hotel and maintain all Mark Warner standards, ensuring that the hotel meets health, hygiene and safety standards whilst achieving budget and maximizing profitability. You will be responsible for ongoing staff training, management and motivation, supported by Heads of Department throughout the hotel. Ideally you will have: extensive experience in the hotel, leisure or service industry including a management position, a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, strong leadership skills and commercial awareness is essential. Experience of living and working overseas is advantageous, as is fluency in either French, Italian or German.
