With over half a million visitors each year they have something for everyone including boat trips, canal walks, outdoor play areas, cafe and gift shop. THE ROLE: An opportunity has arisen for Visitor Attraction Assistants to join the team in Falkirk, there are various positions available both permanent and seasonal including bank and casual positions. We are looking for assistants for retail, catering, events, boat and site teams as well as seasonal staff for Christmas activities. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience of working within a customer service role. Previous experience within the retail or catering sectors would be an advantage.
