Due to our continued growth we are looking for a Ticketing Supervisor to manage a small team of ticketing consultants. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong ticketing skills, who is looking for their next steps into becoming a team manager. This essential role will work to ensure our consultants are fulfilling their role and meeting all targets, whilst providing support by issuing/re-issuing/checking tickets where needed throughout the day. As an instrumental part of the continuing success of the business, you will: Manage the Ticketing Queue Provide daily feedback on team's performance, and support in monthly 1 to 1's. Hold weekly team meetings Manually build and Issue a variety of fares using GDS Issue group bookings Deal with complex re-issues which involve fare re-calculations Maintain good lines of communication with Reservations Teams in order to deal with any issues on bookings Performing a QC role, ensuring all steps are taken when issuing e-tickets Ensure correct no of staff are present for the business that is planned/expected each day To be successful in this role you will need to be a highly motivated Ticketing Supervisor with: A good working knowledge of GDS Previous ticketing experience Experience managing a team A "lead by example" work ethic Well organised with an ability to prioritise workload The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure Excellent communication skills Strong attention to detail So if you feel you could make a world of difference to our Ticketing team then please get in touch, we'd love to hear from you.
