Michelin-starred Galvin at Windows Restaurant has currently an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join their award winning team.Based in the famous flagship London Hilton on Park Lane and situated on the 28th floor ,the interior evokes the golden age of the 1930's and has become one of the most talked about destinations since opening in May 2006. Menus are based around modern French Haute Cuisine and the General Manager of Galvin at Windows Restaurant & Bar is Catey 2013 Award winning Manager of the Year, Fred Sirieix. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing the restaurant to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience whilst training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.Always striving to achieve the highest standards, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks: ? Managing Restaurant operations ? Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service ? Recruiting, managing, training and developing the Restaurant team ? Managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner ? Working within budgeted guidelines in relation to Food and Payroll ? Driving sales to maximise budgeted revenue ? Developing menus with other members of the F&B; team ? Accountability for monthly stock takes ? Incentivising team members to maximise sales and revenue ? Setting departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures ? Evaluating guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement ? Ensuring communication meetings are conducted and post-meeting minutes generated ? Environmentally awareness ? Assisting other departments wherever necessary and maintaining good working relationships ?
