Working for a national company that is growing, your role as a Butchery Manager will be to ensure that our customers needs are exceeded at all times. You will be responsible for butchery sales and profit and managing your team to provide the highest standards in customer service and merchandising standards whilst ensuring you and your team comply to health, safety and legal standards at all times. You will be customer driven, organized, able to set a good example, and an excellent communicator with some experience in supervising or managing a team. The working hours/pattern as a Butchery Manager will be discussed and confirmed at interview.
