Position Description: International health services company is looking for Treatment Coordinator to work in London surgery. The ideal colleague has experience in direct customer management, has good communication and sales skills, has marketing and PR experience and speaks English on a native level.
Responsibilities of position:
- Surgery management
- Ensures a high level os service to the patients
- Management of VIP patients with adequate service quality
- Development and management of report and feedback system
- Continuous improvement of the surgery and making it more effective
- Performance and development of the surgery marketing
- Communication and implementation of marketing campaigns to the surgery
- Participation in corporate PR events
- Maintain contact with the Office and the Marketing Team
Expectations of the position:
- Degree in economics/management
- Min 10 years working experience
- Min 3-5 years management experience
- Native level of English proficiency
- Ability to create and develop own independent decisions
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability and organisational skills
- Customer orientation, sales attitude
- Creative and innovative personality
- Good team player
