As a Procurement Support Officer in our EU Account team you'll be part of our small and dynamic procurement team providing contract and procurement-related support to all PwC offices involved in the work we deliver for the EU Institutions. You'll support the senior procurement advisor and your support will be crucial at all levels of the procurement process before during and after the contracting procedures. The team is responsible for the overall account development and management reporting directly to the Global Relationship Partner. Key tasks include: * providing assistance in the everyday activities in procurement and contract matters including advice on the preparation and drafting of tender/proposal documents * advising staff on financial and procurement rules in line with the EU Financial Regulation and implementing rules * processing contracts and invoices * assisting in solving complex problems arising in procurement and contract management processes * coordinating replies to information requests from the EU Institutions * maintaining physical and electronic documents according to established filing procedures * various secretarial tasks and related activities * assisting in the maintenance of the team's monitoring and reporting tools (including contract monitoring planning etc.)
