You'll need to be an experienced, highly skilled chef, used to heading up a busy kitchen cooking fresh food to order. The Head Chef is key to our ability to deliver on this promise, ensuring that every dish - from focaccia bread to fresh pasta, panna cotta to risotto - is cooked perfectly to our specification, with the utmost dedication to food hygiene and food safety. To achieve this, you'll not only need to be a great chef, who thrives in a busy kitchen environment, you'll also need to be an inspirational leader; encouraging, developing and getting the best from your team, while working closely with the General Manager and Front of House. Our eight-week induction will give you the confidence, expertise and experience you need to run your own Carluccio's kitchen, teaching you everything you need to know about our ingredients, our suppliers, our recipes, our specifications and our proven way of doing things. You'll learn alongside fellow chefs, not just at our very own cook school in Islington, but also at the celebrated ICIF in Piemonte, Italy, which you'll visit to help you master the authentic Italian way of preparing our delicious dishes.
