Anouska's is OFSTED registered for up to 65 babies and children, from three months to twelve years. Our team are all qualified and are lovely people, so our guests can relax knowing their children will be safe and happy. An opportunity has arisen for a qualified childcare professional (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) to join the team at Anouska's in delivering the fantastic safety and service standards of which they are so proud on a maternity contract basis. JOB TITLE: Nursery Nurse 2, REPORTING TO: Childcare Centre Manager/Assistant Manager, JOB PURPOSE: To provide total care for the children in the Centre, ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. To understand and monitor all children within their care. 2. To liaise with all relevant contacts both internal and external and using information available; plan the preparation of child development and daily activities, to the required standard, ensuring guest satisfaction, 3. To take appropriate action and co-operate with your team colleagues to maintain a safe and equitable working environment whilst being sensitive to, and aware of, business/staffing levels in order to maintain a disciplined but harmonious department, 4. To ensure any Guest requests and complaints are handled effectively and any outside your area of expertise are raised immediately to the appropriate level, 5. To work within all company policies with specific reference to the Health and Safety at Work Act.
