Our Customer in Philippines is looking for a Vice President for Credit and Collection for maintaining credit strategy and risk management for new and existing clients, with full accountability of the Finance functions. Candidates will develop risk management strategies, standards and supports to minimize credit risk while partnering with groups to drive business. JOB PURPOSE: The VP for Credit and Collection?s role is to strategize, plan, direct and implement the credit and collection programs and policies to govern credit and collection activities locally and internationally, in compliance with internal controls, procedures and all local and international regulations. The position is accountable for the entire credit granting process, including the consistent application of a credit policy, periodic credit reviews of existing customers and the assessment of the creditworthiness of potential customers, with the goal of optimizing the mix of company sales and bad debt losses.
