Description:Responsible for delivering an exceptional dining service for our travelers in accordance with Grand Circle Cruise Line(GCCL) standards, while contributing to a positive work environment.Responsibilities:Practicing GCCL valuesProviding professional food and beverage service for approximately 20 to 24 persons in restaurant and lounge areaResponsible for the ?mise en place? and hygiene of dining room areaGood knowledge and understanding of bar and restaurant menusAny other duties advised by Restaurant Manager/Hotel ManagerSkills/Qualifications:Hotel school diploma or basic education equivalent is preferredMinimum two years of experience in the field of desired position, preferably in a 4 or 5 star restaurant and/or hotelCruise ship experience is a plusExcellent communication skillsWillingness to learn and progressFluency in English
