His/hers responsibilities include a food coast budgeting, training, mantaining a high standard of food quality and service, safe handling of food supplies, etc.In addtion he/she is responsible for the reviewing of all guests complaints with the Executive Chef and Maitre D', maintaining and ensuring the US Public Health standards, reporting to the technical department of all the malfunctions and necessary repairs, holding the daily meetings with his Heads of Departments and providing the main office with all the requested reports and inventories. Excellent leadership is mandatory.
