Established in 1744, they have come a long way and are now renowned host to major championships amateur and professional, international and national championships. THE ROLE: We are looking for a successful and experienced Chef to join a busy team in a fast past environment, serving excellent quality food to an average of 60 - 100 customers daily. You need to effectively manage the kitchen team to achieving the highest standard of food production. Key Responsibilities to include:- Cooking and preparing food in a 60 -100 seat restaurant Staff Management and ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen Carrying out stock rotation and ordering of stock/ingredients Maintaining the general cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area and ensuring it meets regulatory standards Healthy and Safety regulations THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate must be energetic and enthusiastic with a real passion for cooking, whilst processing strong leadership skills. You need to have a good range of understanding catering techniques/methods from your previous experience which you can use within the work place. Key experience essential for the role: At least 15 years' experience at a similar level Strong leadership and management skills Qualifications are an advantage, however our client are more interested in your past 15 years' experience Does this sound like you?
