We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Food & Beverage Services Manager who will be required to take full responsibility for the whole of the Food & Beverage operation. Responsibilities of Food & Beverage Services Manager: - Overseeing the day to day running of a variety of food and beverage areas and function facilities at the venue. - Responsible to motivate and develop your team members- Ensuring wages and costs are in line with budget requirements. - Continually improving standards of service and operation across the business.
