LOCATION: Dunstable, Bedfordshire JOB TITLE: Multi-Skilled Production Operators SALARY & BENEFITS: Start Rate- Ł7.75 per hour increasing to Ł10 per hour when fully trained. WORKING HOURS: 12 hour shifts (4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern days/nights) THE COMPANY: Our client is the world's 3rd largest bakery company. They make speciality bread and bakery products, including pancakes, crumpets, tortillas and naans for all the major grocery retailers in the UK and for some of the world's biggest quick serve restaurants. If you have recently eaten a speciality bakery product the chances are they made it! THE ROLE: Individuals in this role will be trained in all processes and will work as a team to ensure that company processes and standards are followed to produce high quality products in a timely and safe way. You will be involved in the end to end baking process from mixing raw ingredients to baking and finally packaging. Key Responsibilities:- Working on the production line to provide high quality products Ensuring Recipes are followed Mixing raw ingredients To ensure that all workstations are clean, tidy and professional Checking that all machines are working properly Baking Packing *Please note this is not an extensive list of your potential day to day duties* THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate needs no qualifications or previous bakery experience, although you must be punctual, willing to learn, reliable, be able to work as part of a team, and have a desire to provide high quality products to our customers and the consumers.
