LOCATION: Woodhall Spa JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager SALARY & BENEFITS: Ł12-13k per annum HOURS: Part time 3 days per week on a rota basis over 7 days THE COMPANY: We are recruiting on behalf of a privately owned, 3 star hotel set in over 30 acres of picturesque, beautiful gardens in the heart of Lincolnshire in Woodhall Spa. The hotel offers over 50 bedrooms, an 80 seat restaurant, 5 function rooms and is a popular and busy venue for conferences, banquets and weddings. The hotel is a well known name in the area and won an award for Lincolnshire's Hotel of the Year in the Food, Drink & Hospitality Awards 2014. THE ROLE: They are currently looking to recruit a part time Assistant Manager to join the team with responsibility for running the overall hotel operations whilst on shift. This is a front line, hands on role where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all departments of the hotel whilst also providing a relief function when the duty managers are not working. Key areas you will be responsible for: Functions Restaurant - breakfasts, lunches and evening meals Duty Management Outside guests THE CANDIDATE: To be considered for this role you will need to have significant experience working within the hotel industry as well as proven experience within a similar management role with responsibility for managing staff and multiple departments. We are looking for candidates with an established career that have worked their way up the career ladder within the industry and has experience working within all departments. As mentioned, this is a hands on role so we are looking for candidates with a strong customer focus and the ability to multi task in a busy environment.
