To reinforce our Compensations and Benefits team within our HR department we're looking for a Payroll Specialist. As a Payroll Specialist you will: * prepare and calculate payroll in a correct and efficient manner and make sure payments are done timely and correctly * take ownership of payroll-related activities * follow up on time-recording process and absences * make sure long-term and time-credit employees are tracked and followed up on * be the person of contact for colleagues from other teams such as finance global mobility personnel administration and HR business consultants regarding joiners leavers pay review and bonus review part-timers and student payroll * advise and inform internal clients about basic employment law and rules and help them to find solutions for administrative payroll-related and legal issues * maintain control and update complex personnel information and payroll data in SAP * provide information for reviews and gross/net salary simulations * produce recurring (standard) payroll-related reports * give timely accurate advice and clarify any compensation and benefit-related questions that employees have * provide support to ex-PwC employees for payroll-related questions * prepare payroll-related staff communications
