Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents by preparing quality and consistent pastries for all areas. Works to continually improve guest satisfaction and supervises other members of the team and monitors the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout shift. Maintains standards at all times ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved. . Safely and appropriately uses baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods ensuring compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures. Checks and ensures correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and reports any issues to management. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
