Responsibilities Responsible for developing optimized converting production balance and recommending loading parameters for the Retail products across all Mills. Engage with Mill and Business operations to develop plans to improve line efficiencies and minimize total delivered costs for current and long-term, given business demand forecasts. Include converting, paper balance and distribution elements, as well as analysis of asset capabilities and requirements in optimization plans. Develop plans with Production Planning organization to reflect desired guidelines for detailed production schedules. Support the Retail business by providing concise, accurate analysis for capacity expansion and cost savings projects. Provide justification for business DMF projects. Provide tracking and challenges operating performance on key production assets.
