We are looking for a friendly, confident and efficient individual with a passion for great customer service and a keen eye for detail to join our Front of House Team. The Front Desk Concierge/Porter provides professional portering and information services to guests. You are also responsible to maintain the excellent standard and upkeep of the public area as well as to attend to all the guests request and working closely with all departments in the hotel to deliver great customer service. This is a casual contract and hours will vary depending on the level of business.
