Responsibilities of casual Food and Beverage Service Assistant: - Provide and excellent standard of hospitality- Preparing the bar ready for service- Controlling stock- Handling the till.- Have in depth knowledge of drinks menu offerings- Provide cover to night porters for holidays and sickness. We are looking for someone who is flexible with working hours that will include nights when working as night porter.
